These pics were sent to me by Art, the Old Goat from RCO. The actual DV builder is Al Franklin of Gig Harbor, WA, just down the road from Art. Here's the note from Art:
"Hi Bruce: sure hope this finds you well and things going good for you. It's been awhile and I am still kind of recuperating from back surgery, but the older one gets the longer it takes. My friend Al Franklin did this Delta Vortex and covered it in Rhinocover and then painted it with Rustoleum paint. It sure came out nice and thought you would like to see it."
